Was Miley Cyrus smoking weed on stage at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards?

The 2013 MTV European Music Awards (EMA) took place this Saturday at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. One thing Amsterdam is known for in Pop Culture is the ability to smoke weed legally in public. So when Miley Cyrus got on stage to receive her award, she lit up a suspicious looking stick that could have been pot.
