Has Nigerian Singer, Maheeda, been Kidnapped and her Account Hacked? (Musings of an Entertainment Junkie)

Up until a few months ago, Maheeda was a reformed child of God, born again Christian, and Gospel Singer. Then out of nowhere she made the biggest 360 turn ever and went from Gospel to Goddess of X. X being as racy as ever by Nigerian standards.

She started talking dirty with fans, and posting semi nudes or rather, damn near naked pictures of herself all over her social network accounts. It is even rumored that a video exist.

One thing I observed however is that she isn’t doing it alone. If you notice, in some of her pictures, there is a 2nd party snapping for her when both hands are in full view.

So who knows, maybe she has been kidnapped, forced to pose half nude and her hacked accounts used to post these pictures because I still can’t believe you go from preaching God to preaching sex in just 1 day.

Well, if she hasn’t been kidnapped, hacked and forced to take pictures we would like to know who the picture taker is, and what role he or she or them play in all this. We would also like to know her motive and what she expects to gain. Is there some problem she is facing and this is her way or hiding from it? Then again, what she is doing is not unheard of. It simply makes news because she is from a country where indecency is frown on.

The irony in all this is that she has had more following since she became Goddess of X, versus when she was a Gospel singer. So the question is, do Nigerians really frown on indecency or is it just a front? And a memo to all Media Houses, she has asked you all to stop calling her a Gospel Singer because she is no longer one. Please respect her wishes. We all gotta be famous for something right? Maheeda we are watching.
